Kelsey Duffy

Kelsey Duffy currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Milk Bar, having held several senior finance roles since joining the company in June 2019, including SVP Finance, VP of Strategic Finance, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Director of Finance. Prior to Milk Bar, Kelsey worked at Unilever from November 2015 to June 2019, where responsibilities included serving as Finance Manager for the Pepsi Lipton Partnership, focusing on business development and value engineering, as well as acting as Associate Finance Manager for the Skin Cleansing category to provide strategic financial insights. Kelsey also gained experience at Mesirow Financial as a Senior Associate in Corporate Restructuring & Litigation and at KPMG as an Audit Senior Associate. Kelsey holds a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University College of Business.
