Anil Burman

Anil Burman has extensive experience in the dairy industry, having worked in various roles such as Head of Sourcing at Milk Mantra Dairy Pvt Ltd, Regional Sales Manager at Tetra Pak India Pvt. Ltd, and Sales Manager at Alfa Laval India Limited Pune. Currently, Anil serves as the Head of Quality and Project and Head of Production at Milk Mantra. Additionally, Anil is the Vice President at Smart Management Consultancy, where Anil leads the project management team for the industry. Anil holds a Master's degree in Food Technology and Processing from Central Food Technological Research Institute and a degree in Dairy Technology from SMC College.
