Katherine Smith

Katherine is a highly experienced VFX Producer who has worked on a wide range of feature film and episodic TV projects during her eighteen year VFX career.

Katherine joined Milk from Axis Studios where she was Senior VFX Producer on episodic series Outlander 6 (Left Bank Pictures). Prior to this she spent two years at DNEG working on projects including Horizon Line (SF Studios); P942 (Universal Orlando); Warner Bros.’ Leavesden Gringotts extension; Blindsight and Bohemian Rhapsody (20th Century Fox).

Katherine rose up through the ranks as a producer during an eight year stint at MPC where her credits include Maleficent (Disney); Game of Thrones S4 (HBO); RED2 (Lionsgate); Man of Steel (Warner Bros.); Prometheus (Twentieth Century Fox); The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader (Twentieth Century Fox) & Robin Hood (Universal).

Katherine began her VFX career as a runner at Framestore after completing a BA Hons in Fine Art at Falmouth College of Art and Design followed by an MA in Fine Art at the University of the Arts London.
