Russell “Ari” Adams

Russell "Ari" Adams has a diverse work experience in the beauty and fashion industry. Russell “Ari” began their career as a Sales Manager at bebe stores in 2007 and stayed in that role until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Pacific Sunwear, and then moved on to become an Assistant Manager at Arden B from 2011 to 2013.

In 2013, Ari joined SEPHORA as a Personal Beauty Advisor, where they conducted personalized consultations with clients to help them create skincare, haircare, fragrance, and cosmetic routines tailored to their needs.
