Steve Nguyen, CFA

Steve Nguyen, CFA, has extensive work experience in finance and operations roles. Steve most recently worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Milk Makeup since October 2018. Prior to that, Steve served as the CFO/COO at Cover FX Skincare Inc from April 2017 to October 2018, and at Maiyet from March 2016 to March 2017.

Before joining the beauty industry, Steve held various leadership positions at L'Oréal, including Vice President roles at Lancôme from April 2015 to February 2016, and at Kiehl's from January 2012 to March 2015.

Steve started their career at PepsiCo in 2002 and worked in several finance roles, including Finance Director of Marketing Finance and Strategy from 2010 to 2012, and Finance Director of IZZE Beverage Company from 2008 to 2010. Steve also worked as a Senior Finance Manager in the Foodservice Division from 2005 to 2007, and held finance positions in Tropicana and Quaker Foods from 2002 to 2005.

Prior to joining PepsiCo, Steve worked as a Financial Analyst at Kraft Foods from 1999 to 2002.

Steve Nguyen, CFA attended the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction). Their field of study during this time included Finance, Accounting, and Economics. In 2002, they obtained the Chartered Finance Analyst certification from the CFA Institute.
