Glenn Frommer

Glenn Frommer has a long and varied work experience. Glenn began their career in 1993 as the CFO of Ablestik, a division of National Starch & Chemical, with global responsibility for the IT, Finance, Procurement, and Accounting groups in the U.S., Korea, Japan, and Europe. In 1999, they moved to ICI, the parent company of National Starch & Chemical, as Director of Performance Improvement. From 2002 to 2003, they served as Business Director for Permabond and Bondmaster, both divisions of National Starch & Chemical. In 2005, they became Business Director for Celanese. From 2007 to 2015, they were President of Royal Adhesives & Sealants, a portfolio company of both Aurora Capital and then Arsenal Capital. During this time, they developed and executed a strategy to deliver profitable top-line growth through pricing excellence, effective acquisition integration, product development, new market penetration, manufacturing excellence, and advanced supply chain processes. In 2008, they became Chairman of the Board of The Adhesives and Sealants Council. In 2013, they founded Milkbox Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm that invests in the problem solvers of tomorrow. Glenn is currently the Head Rider, Planner, FundRaiser, and PKD Foundation Supporter for RideForPKD, a 5300+ mile, 200,000+ foot of climbing, 100 day ride across 18 states to raise $500,000 for the PKD Foundation.

Glenn Frommer obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester in 1983. Glenn then went on to pursue an MBA in Accounting from Rutgers University - Newark in 1986 and 1987. In 2011, they obtained a CPA (inactive) NY and NJ certification from EY.
