Keith Wasserman founded Gelt, Inc. in 2008 during the height of the recession and financial meltdown. Keith has been involved in the acquisition of dozens of multifamily communities, self storage properties, mobile home parks, and RV Parks in the Western US, now totaling $2.5 billion acquired and $1.8 billion currently owned.
He oversees the company’s operations, marketing, investor relations, acquisitions, leasing, and disposition services. Keith graduated in 2007 from the University of Southern California from the Marshall School of Business. Keith is a proud Milken Community High School graduate of the year 2002.
Keith leads Gelt’s charitable giving program and recently teamed up with Damian Langere to form The Resident Relief Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public non-profit whose focus is on helping renters avoid eviction upon an unexpected financial emergency. Keith is also a proud member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization).
Keith is a co-Founder and Board Member of Domuso, the leading payment platform for the $3.4 Trillion US multifamily rental market. Domuso helps multifamily property owners process their payments digitally and is currently processing over $4 billion of annual rental payment volume.
Keith is actively involved in the Milken Institute's Young Leaders Council, is on the Board of Governors of Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center, and is passionate about supporting other Jewish organizations such as JNF, AIPAC, IAC, JBBSLA, and many others.
He currently resides in Santa Monica with his lovely wife Gelena and three amazing children Minnie, Ziggy, and Saul. He is excited to be moving into his new home in the Pacific Palisades by year end.
Keith wants to give back to Milken for it gave him the platform to explore his entrepreneurial ventures at an early age while getting a well-rounded education and becoming the man that he is today.
