Caroline Canu has a wealth of work experience. Caroline began their career in 2011 as a Human Ressources Assistant at SDV (Bolloré). In 2013, they joined freeglass GmbH & Co. KG as a Sales & Marketing Assistant and held the same role again in 2014. In 2016, they began working at Move24 Group GmbH as a Logistics & Planning Manager, Key Account Manager France, and Head of Operations for France. In 2018, they joined Medigo GmbH as Head Of Operations, Insurance Claims Team Lead, and Operational Processes Analyst. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Success at Milkman Technologies, where they are responsible for a Home-Delivery customer-centric cloud solution.

Caroline Canu completed a Bachelor of Science - BS in International Management from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University. Caroline then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in International Management Double Degree from NEOMA Business School between 2010 and 2014.
