João Pereira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and marketing across various leadership roles. Currently serving as Commercial Vice President EMEA/APAC and Customer Experience Expert at milkrite | InterPuls since December 2015, João has developed a strong focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and success. Previous positions include Head of Global Marketing, where responsibilities encompassed global marketing strategy, campaign development, and team management, as well as roles in sales and marketing management in Latin America. João has a solid academic background with an MBA in Marketing, Branding and Growth, and an additional MBA in Business Management, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine.
