Christy Lee

Christy Lee is an experienced educator currently serving as an English Teacher at Cherry Hill Public Schools since August 2022, where responsibilities include teaching AP Literature, developing a culturally responsive curriculum, and mentoring students with diverse needs. In addition to the teaching role, Christy is a Fellow at AAPI Montclair, advocating for legislation to incorporate AAPI contributions into the New Jersey K-12 curriculum, and works as a College Essay Coach for rising seniors. Previous experience includes teaching positions at Franklin Pierce School District and Mission San Jose High School, where Christy focused on equity-based curriculum development, critical thinking, and engagement with diverse populations. Christy’s extensive background in education is complemented by a Master of Education in Secondary English and a Master of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies.
