Mark Gasper

Mark Gasper has over 25 years of work experience, with a focus on project management, engineering, and construction in the renewable energy industry. Mark has held leadership positions in several companies, including Mill Creek Renewables, where they currently serve as the Senior Vice President of Construction Services. Gasper's previous roles include serving as the President of Solace Inc, Head of EPC at EDPR NA Distributed Generation, and Director/SVP of Construction at C2 Energy Capital LLC. Mark was also the Sr. Director of Project Management at Cypress Creek Renewables and the US Engineering Manager at IKEA Group. Gasper launched IKEA's corporate sustainable energy initiative in the US as US Energy Manager, where they reduced energy consumption through system optimization and energy-reducing technology retrofits, managed the performance of 40+MW rooftop solar assets, and oversaw the construction of two US wind farms. Mark began their career at Nason & Cullen and Balfour Beatty Construction as a Project Engineer/Estimator before moving on to become a Project Manager at The Norwood Company.

Mark Gasper earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Temple University from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they studied Architecture at Temple University from 1991 to 1994. In addition, they obtained multiple certifications including Procore Certified: Associate from Procore Technologies in May 2016, CPR/AED and First Aid Combo Course from Site Safety, and OSHA 10 from OSHA Safety Training Institute.
