Don Peterson

Don Peterson has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on development. From 2013 to the present, they have served as the Senior Managing Director for Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC in Northern California. In this role, they have successfully led the development of a portfolio of nearly 1,800 units, totaling over $1 billion in project capitalization. Don Peterson is responsible for various aspects of the development process, including site selection, project underwriting, product design, marketing, and project disposition. Prior to joining Mill Creek Residential Trust, they worked at SNK Realty Group from 1996 to 2012, where they held the position of President and Director of Development. During their tenure at SNK Realty Group, they oversaw the development of around 5,000 luxury apartment and condominium units, totaling approximately $650 million in capitalization. Don Peterson's experience also includes significant urban infill development in both the San Francisco Bay Area and Greater Los Angeles Metro Area.

Don Peterson attended Harvard University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time at Harvard, their field of study focused on English and Economics.
