Eric Welch is a finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio and performance analysis within the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Portfolio Analyst at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC since November 2021, Eric previously held various analytical roles at Greystar, including Performance Analyst and Real Estate Associate. Prior experience includes a Financial Analyst position at Fluor and a Senior Analyst role at CSG Investments.
