Francisco Michelena

Francisco Michelena is an experienced Project Engineer with a solid background in civil and environmental engineering, holding a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University. Since May 2018, Francisco has been contributing to Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, focusing on various construction projects.
