Nelson Maldonado

Nelson Maldonado has a strong background in real estate and facilities management. Nelson started their career in 2013 as a Regional Service Manager at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, where they worked until 2019. In 2019, they became a Regional Project Manager at The Bainbridge Companies, and then transitioned to the role of Senior Regional Project Manager in 2020. Later that year, they joined Lantower Residential as the National Director of Facilities, where they successfully coordinated maintenance functions and developed cost-saving initiatives. In 2022, they became a Senior Director of Construction at Cushman & Wakefield before moving on to their current position as Vice President of Maintenance at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC in 2023.

Nelson Maldonado has a diverse education history. Nelson attended Deerfield Beach High School from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a diploma. Following high school, Nelson briefly attended Broward Community College from 1998 to 1999, focusing on the field of study of computer engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Nelson has also obtained several certifications. In 2000, they received the HVAC- Universal Service Technician certification from Qwik Products by Mainstream Engineering. In 2013, they obtained the CPO Certification from the National Swimming Pool Foundation. Most recently, in May 2022, Nelson achieved the Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) certification from the National Apartment Association.
