Emma Bougiamas

Emma Bougiamas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administrative operations and payroll management. Currently serving as a Payroll Specialist and Coordinator of Administrative Operations at Mill Neck Family of Organizations since July 2021, Emma previously held the position of Senior Administrator at The LiRo Group, where responsibilities included assisting the Senior Vice President and managing various administrative tasks. Emma has a strong background working at Hines as a Senior Administrator, providing support to multiple Senior Managing Directors, overseeing IT solutions, and training staff. Early career experience includes serving as a Clerk with the Board of Elections in the City of New York. Emma is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Hofstra University and holds degrees in Political Science, Funeral Service and Mortuary Science, and Office Management and Supervision.
