Ethan Hendrickson

Ethan Hendrickson has a diverse work experience in the field of electrical engineering. Ethan started their career as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Baccari & Associates, LLC in 2006. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at BKI Engineering Services as an Electrical Engineer, where they gained expertise in designing substations, distribution lines, power system protection and control systems, and small hydroelectric facilities. In 2014, they joined Mill Plain Electric as a Project Manager and progressed to the role of Sr. Project Manager before becoming the PMO Director in 2019. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations at Mill Plain Electric.

Ethan Hendrickson began their education at Big Horn High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma between 2000 and 2003. Following their high school graduation, they attended the University of Wyoming from 2003 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Ethan has completed various courses and programs. In 2010, they achieved the title of Competent Communicator through Toastmasters International. Later, in 2012, they became a licensed Professional Engineer in Electrical Engineering by the Oregon State Board of Examiners for Engineering & Land Surveying. In 2013, they obtained a similar license from the Washington State Department of Licensing.

In more recent years, Ethan has pursued certifications and training in project management. In 2019, they became Procore Certified in various areas, including Project Manager (Financial Management), Project Manager (Core Tools), and Project Manager (Project Management). In 2020, they obtained additional certifications in Project Management Foundations (Budgets and Risk) and in Preventing Scope Creep, all from LinkedIn. Furthermore, they completed training in Gaining Skills with LinkedIn Learning and Getting Started as a LinkedIn Learning Admin, both in 2020.
