Rachel (Ballatori) Bellman is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with a diverse background in marketing, brand strategy, and philanthropy. As the Founder and CEO of Mill + Co. since May 2018, Rachel specializes in crafting compelling brand narratives. Rachel also founded the Stick it to Sarcoma Foundation in 2011, successfully raising over $100,000 for sarcoma research in memory of their father, Ned Ballatori. Previous roles include Director of Sales, Marketing & Brand Strategy at CureJoy Inc. and several positions at Partners + Napier, where Rachel managed notable clients and contributed to award-winning campaigns. Rachel began a career in recruitment at G1440, rapidly advancing to Sales Account Executive. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business, Entrepreneurship, and Management from The Johns Hopkins University.
