Diane Parisi

Diane Parisi has a diverse and extensive work experience. Diane is currently serving as a member of the Advisory Board at Asbury Carbons, starting in 2023. Before that, they held the position of Chief Procurement Officer at Mill Rock Packaging Partners from June 2021 onwards. Diane also served as a Board Member at Mill Rock Packaging Partners and Trojan Lithograph Corporation starting in 2020. In 2018, Diane was a Senior Principal at Mill Rock Capital Management LP. Diane was also a Corporate Advisor at VersaFlex from August 2018 to June 2021. Prior to that, they had a long and successful career at Flint Group, where they held various leadership roles in procurement, materials management, research and development, and chemist positions from 1982 to 2018. Additionally, Diane was a Board Member at Mason Industrial Technology from February 2021 to January 2023.

Diane Parisi obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Printing Management from Western Michigan University between 1976 and 1980.
