Mill Street Brewery
Kira Leahy is an Honours BSc Researcher at the University of Ottawa, focusing on isolating and analyzing retinal horizontal cells in goldfish under the supervision of Dr. Kira Leahy also has experience as a server at Mill Street Brewery and previously served as a Competitive Dance Instructor at DA Studio, where choreography and instruction were provided for ages 4-18. As a Program Assistant for Shad Canada, Kira Leahy contributed to the education, mentorship, and safety of participants in a STEAM and entrepreneurship program for high school students. Additional experience includes working as an Optometric Assistant and Medical Receptionist for Dr. Pedro Suen and Dr. Yoncy Lee, as well as serving as a Lifeguard and Regional Supervisor for H2O Lifeguard and Recreational Management. Kira Leahy is pursuing an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Ottawa, having previously completed education at Canterbury High School.
