Mike Penty is an accomplished logistics and operations manager with extensive experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and team leadership. Currently serving as Logistics Manager at Mill Street Brewery since June 2020, Mike previously held various roles at DHL Supply Chain, including Operations Manager and Inventory Manager, where significant contributions included managing teams, enhancing operational efficiency through various initiatives, and improving customer service through rigorous reporting and system management. Mike also served as Support Services Supervisor and Metrics Coordinator at Hopewell Logistics, demonstrating a strong track record in system implementation and continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
