Keith Isaacs has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources and Corporate Services. Keith began their career at CH Mack, Inc. in 2008, where they worked in a combined role of Human Resources and Accounting until 2010. Keith then joined HTNA as a Human Resources Administrator from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they moved to NIBCO INC. and held the positions of HR Generalist and HR Manager until 2014. Currently, they are employed at Millat Industries Corp. as the Vice President of Corporate Services since December 2022 and previously served as the Corporate HR Manager since November 2014.
Keith Isaacs obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership & Communications from Miami University, completing their studies in 2011. Keith pursued further education by enrolling in the University of Dayton, where they are expected to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2025.
