Zach Millat has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Zach started their career as a Mechanical Engineer Co-op at Marathon Petroleum Company in 2007, followed by similar positions at GE Aviation in 2008 and BMW in 2009. In 2010, they joined Millat Industries Corp. as an Assistant Maintenance Manager, where they were responsible for CNC machine maintenance and facility improvement projects. Zach progressed within the company and held the role of Operations Coordinator from 2011 to 2016, focusing on managing company resources and analyzing cost reduction potentials. From 2017 to 2022, Zach served as the Vice President of Operations at Millat Industries Corp. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President, starting in 2023.
From 2005 to 2010, Zach Millat attended the University of Cincinnati, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2013, they briefly attended Sinclair Community College, where they earned a certificate in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing. Prior to their university studies, Zach attended Archbishop Alter High School from 2001 to 2005. No specific degree or field of study is mentioned for their high school education.
