Zach Millat

Zach Millat has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Zach started their career as a Mechanical Engineer Co-op at Marathon Petroleum Company in 2007, followed by similar positions at GE Aviation in 2008 and BMW in 2009. In 2010, they joined Millat Industries Corp. as an Assistant Maintenance Manager, where they were responsible for CNC machine maintenance and facility improvement projects. Zach progressed within the company and held the role of Operations Coordinator from 2011 to 2016, focusing on managing company resources and analyzing cost reduction potentials.
