Linda V. Decherrie

Linda V. DeCherrie is the Vice President of Clinical Strategy and Implementation at Medically Home. She is also a professor in the Brookdale Department of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine and Department of Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Previously, she served as the clinical director of Mount Sinai at Home, the home-based service line at Mount Sinai that includes Mount Sinai Visiting Doctors, Hospitalization at Home, and Mount Sinai Palliative Care at Home
