Nigel French

Nigel joined Millbank in 1990 having worked as an Electrical Engineer with ICI for a number of years. Seeking a challenge and having an affinity to develop his skills he entered the recruitment industry at a very important time when recruitment agencies were in their infancy and the UK was undertaking many major engineering projects. Nigel utilised his engineering knowledge and experience with both clients and candidates to deliver and communicate career opportunities throughout the UK.

Nigel over his career has worked on some of the UK’s most iconic projects for the supply of professional and engineering staff. He works across multiple industries and has a reputation for his honesty and integrity both with clients and candidates. Nigel’s primary skill sectors include EC&I and Automation disciplines, where he has directed his knowledge for Systems, PLCs, SCADA, DCS, Telemetry, F&G etc, now being recognised as one of the UK’s leading recruitment professionals in this area.
