Brian Howie

Brian Howie is the Director at Millbrook Resort, where they have worked since 2008, initially joining as HR Manager and later becoming Head of Operations in 2011 before their appointment as Director in 2015. Prior to this, Brian held senior HR roles in various sectors including construction, engineering, manufacturing, and Scotch Whisky in the UK, notably as Regional HR Manager at BAM Construct UK and Human Resources Director at Morrison Bowmore Distillers Ltd. They are currently pursuing a BA in Business Studies and hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, along with being a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
