Michael Beattie

Michael is responsible for leading the legal, risk, and loss prevention functions of MLCV. He provides advice and counsel to the senior executive management team on a range of topics and facilitates sound decision making and creative problem solving. He serves as the key legal advisor on all major business transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. Michael is closely involved in managing the performance of all of MLCV’s business units and the development and implementation of corporate strategy.
