Ann F has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ann started their career in 2012 as a Pension and Health Benefits Customer Service Representative at Towers Watson, where they responded to customer inquiries and processed death claims.

Ann then moved on to Wex Companies, Inc. / Septic Check in 2013, where they served as an Office Manager and Human Resources Generalist, handling various administrative duties and managing employee benefits. Additionally, they briefly worked as an Operations & Maintenance Office Specialist during the same time.

In 2018, Ann joined Vista Outdoor Inc. as a Human Resources Representative, where they provided HR support to the organization until 2021.
