Dave Keil

Dave Keil has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dave started their career in 2000 as a Division Director & Recruiter for the Accountemps Division at ROBERT HALF INTL INC. In 2008, they joined NICA, Inc. as a Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for building a national book of business and growing the customer base through inside and outside sales, networking, and marketing. Dave also played a crucial role in launching a new business unit and assisting clients with independent contractor compliance. In 2019, while still at NICA, Inc., Dave also took up the position of Vice President of Sales & Operations at ROVA, LLC, where they handled sales and operational responsibilities. Currently, they are employed at Millennia as the Senior Director of Business Development.
