Jennifer Hughes has over 17 years of diverse experience in customer service and product management within the insurance industry. Currently serving as an Associate Digital Product Manager and Assistant Manager of Technology at Millennial Specialty Insurance since December 2021, Jennifer previously held the position of Consumer Success Manager at realtor.com from October 2020 to December 2021. A significant portion of Jennifer's career was spent at QBE North America, where responsibilities included VP and Executive Account Manager, focusing on client account management and strategy development. Additional experience includes Customer Service Manager roles at Bank of America and QBE North America, as well as a Senior Customer Service Representative position at Countrywide Insurance Services. Jennifer holds a diploma from Royal High School.
