Michael Reznik

Michael Reznik has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Michael is currently serving as the Managing Director of Data and Analytics at Millennial Specialty Insurance, where they are responsible for overseeing data and analytics operations. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Master Data Management & Governance at Cardinal Health for a year. Before that, they served as a Senior Consultant at TOP Consulting, Inc., where they supported the VP of Data Analytics for a hospital system. Michael also co-founded TriFold, LLC, a manufacturer of folding mobility products, and served as the CEO for almost eight years. Furthermore, Michael worked as the Director of Lean Enterprise at RGIS and as the Director of Major Strategic Initiatives (Business Excellence) at Nationwide Insurance. Michael also had roles at Cardinal Health and American Electric Power, where they managed IT and business relationships and delivered innovative solutions. Additionally, they owned their own company, REZCO SYSTEMS INC, and worked as a Project Manager. Lastly, they worked as a Portfolio Manager at HRS Consulting, where they managed a portfolio of projects for a large bank's Human Resources department. Overall, Michael has extensive experience in data and analytics, project management, and business excellence.

Michael Reznik attended The Ohio State University from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering. Michael later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Franklin University. In addition to their education, Michael has obtained certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Cardinal Health and MoreSteam University and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
