Russell Banks

Russell Banks has extensive experience in product management and leadership roles. Russell is currently the Managing Director of Digital Product Management at Millennial Specialty Insurance. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Global Product Management at Paycom and the Vice President of Product Management at RealPage, Inc. Russell also held positions as the Director of Digital Product Management at Waste Management and the Senior Product Manager at SmartVault Corporation. Russell started their career as a Product Owner at Intuit and worked there for over 13 years.

Russell Banks has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Texas State University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in 2004, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2013, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum.org in 2014, and Pragmatic Marketing Certified - Level VI (PMC-VI) from Pragmatic Institute in 2016.
