Carolyn Wetzel Chen

Carolyn Wetzel Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health and community development. Since November 2014, Carolyn has served as a Senior Operations Advisor at the Millennium Challenge Corporation, where roles have included Director and Associate Director of the Department of Compact Operations. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Grant Development Officer and Director of Health Programs at Food for the Hungry, Inc., as well as a Health Programs Manager at Food For The Hungry Mozambique. Carolyn also held various nursing positions including Public Health Nurse at Kings County Health Department and Medical Surgical Nurse at Tulane University Hospital and Clinic. Carolyn holds a Master of Public Health and Tropical Medicine from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Biola University.
