Chande Blurton

Chande Blurton is a Program Officer at the Millennium Challenge Corporation, where responsibilities include coordinating with partner country M&E officers, managing independent evaluations of educational activities in Guatemala, and leading evaluation tracking processes. Previous experience as an Evaluation and Research Consultant at The Darcy Ribeiro Institute involved managing UN survey data and conducting impact evaluations. Educational roles at The LBJ School of Public Affairs included serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Microeconomics. Chande also held positions with Evidence for Policy Design, Ogletree Deakins, El Paso ISD Community Schools, and the Spanish Ministry of Education, demonstrating a strong background in research, data analysis, program evaluation, and education. Chande holds a Master of Global Policy Studies from The LBJ School and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
