Daniel Tomlinson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in energy, business development, and corporate strategy. Currently serving as Special Advisor at Skoll Foundation and an Advisory Council Member for the Millennium Challenge Corporation, Daniel has held significant roles at organizations including Shell Foundation, IFC - International Finance Corporation, and World Resources Institute. As a co-founder and COO of Frontier Markets, Daniel played a pivotal role in enhancing access to energy services through a vast franchise network.
