Jenny Heintz

Jenny Heintz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program evaluation and evidence-based decision-making within various government and international organizations. Currently serving as the Acting Associate Director for Evidence and Program Evaluation at the U.S. Department of Transportation, Jenny leads efforts to assess program effectiveness and enhance data quality. Previously, Jenny held the position of Director of Monitoring & Evaluation at the Millennium Challenge Corporation, where the design and implementation of comprehensive evaluation strategies for significant U.S. government investments resulted in measurable impact across multiple sectors in various countries. Jenny's background also includes roles with the Office of Management and Budget, The World Bank, and humanitarian efforts with the U.S. Peace Corps, supported by a Master's degree in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
