Thaolan le

Thaolan Le has extensive work experience in proposal management and business development. They most recently held the position of Director of Business Development at Millennium Corporation starting in 2023. Prior to that, Thaolan was the Sr. Manager of Proposal Management at the same company from 2022 to 2023. Thaolan also served as the Director of Proposal Management at JANUS Research Group from 2021 to 2022.

Before joining JANUS, Thaolan worked at Millennium Corporation as the Lead Proposal Manager from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing and providing guidance to a team of proposal managers and technical writers. Thaolan also led proposal strategies and collaborated with teams on various acquisition strategies.

Prior to Millennium, Thaolan worked as a Proposal Manager at MOTIR Services, Inc. from 2018 to 2019. They implemented a streamlined proposal development process and led strategy and planning meetings for proposal response efforts. Thaolan also worked closely with subject matter experts to develop technical responses.

Thaolan's earlier experience includes roles as a Proposal Manager at Ruffalo Noel Levitz from 2016 to 2018, a Proposal Specialist at ViON Corporation in 2015, and a Program Management Operations and Human Resources and Facilities Management role at ViON Corporation from 2014 to 2015.

Thaolan took a break from the workforce from 2012 to 2014 as a military spouse, supporting their partner during deployments. Prior to this break, they worked as a Program Lead and Site Coordinator at GapBuster, Inc. in 2011 and as a Lead Project Coordinator at Health Facility Systems in 2011. They also served as a Program Lead for Human Rights Initiatives at Africa Unite in 2010.

Thaolan Le attended American University from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Development and Politics.
