Michael Rowan has held various roles in the IT field since 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they served as a Help Desk Technician at Logicorps, where they provided Level One support for a large user community and operated as part of a team responsible for both reactive and proactive problem solving. In 2010, they joined Millennium Digital Technologies as an IT Infrastructure/NOC Manager. In this role, they managed day-to-day operations and maintenance of network hardware and software to deliver near 100% uptime, maintained patching of all hardware and software, investigated and remediated all CVE, and hardened all hardware and software to both CIS and PCI-DSS 3. Later, they were promoted to Information Technology Manager, where they were responsible for day-to-day operation of a fast-paced Technical Center, including both phone support and on-site technicians, daily/weekly review of both opened and closed tickets for accuracy before submission for billing, and deployment, maintenance and upgrade of both internal and customer Active Directory and Exchange environments.
Michael Rowan attended Computer Training .com from 2007 to 2008 and earned certifications in the field of Information Technology, including MCP, MCTS, and MCSA.
