Roy Oshiro has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Roy started their career in the US Army in 1983 and held various positions within the organization until 2006. Roy then worked as a Program Analyst at the Missile Defense Agency and Miltec, a Ducommun Company, from 2006 to 2009. After that, they joined the US Army TMDE Activity as a Logistics Management Specialist from 2009 to 2014. Roy then served as the Chief Support Operation (QA/Ops) at the US Army TMDE Activity - Region Pacific from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they became a Special Project Specialist at the US Army TMDE Activity, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined Millennium Engineering and Integration LCC, an Axient Subsidiary, and Millennium Engineering and Integration as a Test Analyst and Flight Test Analyst, respectively.

Roy Oshiro has a diverse education history. Roy pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Systems Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a MBA degree at Florida Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2010. In between, they obtained a Masters in Management with a specialization in Contract and Acquisition from the same institute, which they completed from 2006 to 2008. Roy'sundergraduate studies were carried out at Hawaii Pacific University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Information Systems from 1999 to 2002. Roy also holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Management from Hawaii Pacific University, which they attained between 1991 and 1993.
