Hayley Sizemore is a seasoned health promotion professional currently serving as the Health Promotion Coordinator for Millennium Health & Fitness, Inc. since April 2022, overseeing the Civilian Health Promotion Services program at Hill Air Force Base, which focuses on work-site wellness initiatives.
