Heather Collins

Heather Collins has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Heather started their career as a Health and Fitness Instructor at the National Institute for Fitness and Sport in 2007. In 2008, they joined the US Navy as a Fitness Specialist. After two years, Heather became a Supervisory Fitness Specialist at Navy Fitness, Commander of Naval Installations Command (CNIC). In 2012, they transitioned to Millennium Health & Fitness, Inc. as a Wellness/ Fitness Coordinator. Later, they joined Federal Occupational Health in 2013, taking on various roles such as Associate Program Manager, Account Executive, and Operations Manager. Heather returned to Millennium Health & Fitness, Inc. in 2019 but in a more senior position, first as the Chief Operations Officer and eventually becoming the Chief Executive Officer.

Heather Collins attended Western Carolina University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management. In November 2007, they obtained the certification of Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM EP-C) from the American College of Sports Medicine. Additionally, in July 2013, they obtained the certification of Certified Group Exercise Instructor (GEI) from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness).
