Emilie's background also includes roles as a Cruise Reservation Agent at Transat Tours Canada and as a Ground Service Agent at Handlex, showcasing a strong foundation in customer service and travel logistics. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Petroleum Land Administration from Mount Royal University and a DEC in Tourism Techniques from Collège Lasalle, complemented by ongoing studies at Mount Royal University.
