Brad Small

Brad Small is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in product management and fixed income trading. Currently serving as Product Manager for FIC & Risk Technology at Millennium, Brad previously held significant roles, including Head of Product at Broadway Technology, where strategic growth was driven for their Electronic Trading Platform. Brad's tenure at Bloomberg LP as Global Fixed Income Product Leader involved overseeing mission-critical products across various fixed-income classes. Earlier positions include Director at ING Capital Markets, where Brad transformed derivatives trading and led compliance for Dodd-Frank, and Director at National Australia Bank, managing the global USD interest rate swap book. Brad's foundational career began at Bear Stearns and JP Morgan Chase, focusing on fixed income derivatives and equity derivatives trading.
