Edward Millard

Edward Millard is a quantitative finance professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Quant in the Equity Advisory Services team at Millennium since October 2024, Edward produces quantitative analytics and develops research tools in Python to enhance portfolio performance insights. Previously, Edward worked as a Quantitative Researcher at Marble Bar Asset Management from October 2022 to September 2024, focusing on alpha signal research and risk model development. Edward's earlier roles include a Quantitative Analyst at Trading Labs, where automation and bespoke analytics were key, as well as positions as a Software Researcher at NIKON METROLOGY and a Particle Physicist at CERN, which involved significant data analysis and algorithm development. Edward holds a PhD from the University of Warwick in Elementary Particle Physics and a BSc and MPhys in Physics from the same institution.
