Erik Downs

Erik Downs is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in treasury operations and financial management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Cash Management at Millennium since November 2019, Downs has previously held significant roles at Deutsche Bank, including NA Head of Treasury Middle Office and NA Head of FX Prime Brokerage Client Services. Prior to that, Downs was a Director at UBS Securities Co., Ltd, overseeing ETD Cash and Collateral Management, and served as Vice President at Merrill Lynch, where responsibilities included Treasury Trade Support across various financial products. Early in the career at Mizuho, Downs acted as Global Treasurer, leading funding and liquidity management, and also held a Vice President role focused on finance and middle office operations. The professional journey began at BDO USA, LLP, as an auditor in the Financial Services Audit group. Downs holds a BS in Accounting from Seton Hall University.
