Gil Raviv

Gil Raviv is Global General Counsel and is responsible for the legal affairs of the firm globally.

Prior to joining Millennium in 2007, Gil was at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, becoming a partner in 2004. At Fried Frank, he specialized in corporate and securities law, focusing primarily on the structuring and offering of hedge funds, funds of funds, private equity funds, and a variety of other alternative investment products.

Gil received an AB in Government, magna cum laude, from Cornell University. He received his JD from the University of Michigan Law School, where he also pursued graduate studies in Near East Studies.
