Mansi Padalia

Mansi Padalia is an experienced HR Systems Developer and Software Engineer with a strong background in software development and project management. Currently serving as Lead, HR Systems Developer at Millennium since February 2020, Mansi previously held the position of Software Engineer at Millennium Management, where a project was developed for single sign-on using JWT and Basic Authentication. Prior experience includes a role as Software Engineer II at FactSet, leading UI design and architecture enhancements while integrating NoSQL and SQL databases. Mansi began a project independently to record User Experience, significantly reducing ticket volume. Internships at Experior Technologies and Millennium Management provided foundational experience in web development and software engineering. Mansi holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Nirma University.
