Shinyoung Kang

SHINYOUNG KANG has extensive experience in portfolio management with a focus on the Japan Long/Short portfolio, currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Millennium since March 2018, having previously held the role of Portfolio Manager at the same firm. SHINYOUNG KANG was the Head of Research at Truston Asset Management from March 2013 to January 2018 and has also held positions at ING Investment Management as both an Equity Portfolio Manager and a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager between October 2005 and April 2011. Early career experience includes work in the Investment Banking Department at Daewoo Securities from July 2004 to October 2005. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Finance from London Business School (2011-2012) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Sungkyunkwan University (1998-2004).
