Toh Ne Win

Toh Ne Win currently serves as the Head of Risk Technology at Millennium, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Toh Ne Win was employed at Goldman Sachs for two decades, from June 2003 to July 2023, and held the title of Managing Director, where responsibilities included serving as Chief Data Officer for Global Markets. Toh Ne Win holds both a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completed between 1998 and 2003.
