Wallace Wu Liern is an accomplished finance professional with a Bachelor of Business Management in Finance from Singapore Management University, complemented by an academic experience at the University of St.Gallen. Currently serving as an Off-Cycle Analyst in Private Equity at Warburg Pincus LLC since July 2023, Wallace previously gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate focused on Long/Short Equity at Balyasny Asset Management in 2022, and as an Off-Cycle Analyst in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse with a focus on Asia ex-Japan M&A, ECM, and DCM from February to June 2021. Additional experience includes a Summer Internship in Venture Capital at Vertex Holdings and a Spring Internship in Group Finance at Mapletree, where skills in direct investments, fund management, consolidation, portfolio valuation, and risk management were developed.
